My Mushroom Steak Topper

Delicious fresh Morel Mushrooms
Morels mixed with baby portabellos.
Sauteed in BUTTER with garlic and shallots and olive oil.
And finally...topped with Gruyere cheese and placed under the broiler for a delicious melted steak topper!
