Red Pepper Sauce

The other night we decided to make pork chops.  Marty had randomly bought a red pepper jelly (jam), so we decided to make a sauce out of the jelly.  It was amazing and tasted very similar to a sweet and sour sauce, but lighter and tastier :)

Those are some good lookin' chops!

Can be found at your local Target :)

Shallot and garlic sauteing for the base of the sauce.

Jelly being dropped into the shallot+garlic+chicken broth goodness.
