Two Good Side Dishes!

When I first started this blog, I posted pics of my fav- Williams-Sonoma Bride & Groom potato gratin.  I still make it all the time, so decided to post some updated pics :)  In addition, the past couple of meals, I have roasted broccolini.  Super yummy!

Thinly slice the potatoes.

Pretty broccolini.

Saute the potatoes and garlic with S&P.

Add the cream.

Thinly slice garlic cloves.

Add the garlic to the broccolini with olive oil and S&P- ready to roast in the oven!

Doesn't the EASY potato gratin look Delish?!
