Our Very First Curry

So I have made Marty a happy man because I have started to like curry!  Right now my favorite is Panang (PadThai is my fav).  One of my co-workers, whom I share foodie talk with, was so sweet and bought me all sorts of curry ingredients from Super Cao Nguyen (an Asian market in OKC).  I started with her "curry starter kit" that is very basic, quick and easy.  Hopefully soon, we will experiment with the other amazing curry pastes she got me!  I am not a big fan of sweet potatoes, but they added a nice little flavor to the curry and I of course added chicken :)

P.S.~ I forgot to add a pic of the kaffir lime leaves that are a very important ingredient!
