My Version of Bruschetta.
This meal was inspired by Rococo's Gangster Cookies. It is basically bruschetta topped with sausage. I made my own sausage mixture and topped it off with fresh mozerella and fresh basil.
Browned the bread in a non-stick saute pan in butter.
