| Snap the ends off the beans. |
| Place in water and bring to a boil. |
| Zest 2 lemons. |
| That is a lot of yummy zest. |
| Peel and chop up 3 apples- removing the core of course :) |
| Apples in about 1 inch cubes. |
| Save the lemons because you will need the juice. |
| Melt some butter.... |
| Add the apples. |
| Rub the lemon zest all over the pork tenderloin. |
| Add some honey to the apples. |
| Saute until golden brown. |
| Saute the loin... |
| ...until brown on all sides. |
| Drain the green beans. |
| In a small skillet, lightly toast the sesame seeds over a very low heat. Don't burn them! |
| Add some oil to a skillet and lightly saute some red pepper flakes. |
| Add the sesame seeds and the beans. |
| Mash up the apples. If you like it chunky, don't mash too much :) P.S.- this potato masher is from Williams Sonoma and is an amazing little tool! |
